The Great Gatsby
Chelsea Myers
Plane Ride
The distance to
France
was
much shorter than anticipated, as I hadn't had enough time to gather my thoughts.
Before I knew it,
Daisy was showering me with hugs and kisses as I thought about ways to try and confront her

full of the sorrow and gloom that led me to assume she was sorry,
flew from my mind. The
desire
to expose her lies was also gone.
