In the first case, the essential question was asked: Was the U.S. under attack despite it's neutrality? The first interview talks with a captain from a German U-Boat, and his experiences through his journey. The second part is a diary entry from the Captain of the Lusitania, William Turner. The third part in an interview with President Woodrow Wilson. Lastly, the fourth interview is with German Chancellor, Teobald von Bethmann-Hollweg.
