When leaving their home town in the Sichuan Province, they are brought
into a large
culture shock. They are brought into a small town located
in the "Phoenix of the Sky". The people of this town are uneducated
agricultural and domestic workers who are going to re-educate Luo and the narrator. These two men continue to Culturally advance the Phoenix of the sky as they move on to travel to the little Chinese seamstress' village to have their pants tailored, which leads to a relationship in between and
uneducated seamstress and an educated storyteller.
